Our licensing is royalty free and based on one seat per developer. The license may only be used on a single development machine. Client side instances are royalty free and the customer is not charged when distributing the software with their applications, provided that they are part of an application and distributed in their encoded form. Also, when deploying your application, you will not be charged per-server deployment fees.
The Subscription license ensures that the developer receives all software updates and are entitled to support for the product for 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of a major-version upgrade during this period (Eg: V3 to V4) this is also included.
Basic, Non-Subscription Licenses
We offer a low cost, non subscription licenses (Basic License) on a per-developer basis. These licenses do not include software updates or direct technical support (except for forums).
Educational Discounts
We offer discounts on licenses for educational institutions. Please email support@nitobi.com to inquire about the educational discount.
The Enterprise Subscription license is designed for companies that have a development team of up to 10 people to reduce licensing costs and provide access to telephone integration support. These licenses include full source code and 1 year of eligibility for product upgrades. Also included is 1 year of priority telephone and eMail integration support.
Included support is limited to integration issues. Inquiries relating to customization of the original source code are not included in this license.

Full source code is included with Enterprise Subscription licenses.
